Dental Veneers

For patients with stained, chipped, cracked, injured, or misaligned teeth, we offer the option of natural-looking porcelain veneersa. Strong, durable, and highly resistant to staining, porcelain veneers are bonded to the fronts of your teeth, effectively concealing imperfections and enhancing the beauty of your smile. Dr. Sheth can customize your porcelain veneers to match the size, shape, and color of your surrounding natural teeth, or design a full set of veneers to achieve a smile makeover.

Composite Restorations and Fillings

Dr. Sheth can use mercury-free, tooth-colored composite material to fill cavities and repair injured teeth. Composite restorations made of resin, ceramic, or porcelain can be bonded directly to your teeth and provide a more comfortable, natural-looking alternative to metal dental work. If you currently have metal fillings, there are many esthetic and functional benefits to replacing them with tooth colored fillings, including enhanced tooth strength and a tighter bond.

Crowns

In addition to correcting misshapen, misaligned, and discolored teeth, porcelain crowns can restore the full structure, function, and appearance of damaged teeth. Once a tooth has been prepared, a dental crown can be customized to cover the entire surface. Preparation may involve removing all decay and previous dental work, and/or reducing the tooth body to accommodate the crown. Dr. Sheth designs crowns that can bond tightly to your tooth and blend seamlessly with your surrounding teeth to deliver maximum esthetic value and function.

Inlays and Onlays

Custom porcelain inlays and onlays offer a stronger, more durable alternative to traditional metal and composite fillings. Crafted from solid tooth-colored porcelain, inlays are used to fill cavities, while onlays can restore a larger portion of a tooth’s surface. These restorations are long-lasting and can help preserve healthy tooth material. We use only the highest quality materials to achieve dependable, natural-looking results.

Complete and Partial Dentures

Complete and partial dentures are a removable solution for replacing missing teeth. Whether you are missing all or some of your teeth, Dr. Sheth will examine your mouth and dental structure to create customized dentures or partials that can beautifully restore your smile. He may also discuss the option of dental implants, implant supported dentures, and other fixed restorations that can provide even higher-quality results.

Extractions and Socket Preservation with Bone Grafting

When teeth are extracted due to extensive decay, trauma, or other reasons, preserving the socket with bone grafting material can offer significant advantages. Socket preservation performed immediately following tooth extraction can prevent both the formation of a dry socket and protect against bone loss that occurs when a permanent tooth is lost. Additionally, socket preservation protects the teeth surrounding the missing tooth, which can be negatively affected by jawbone loss.

Sinus Augmentation

Sinus augmentation is a bone grafting procedure that can rebuild portions of the upper jawbone that have diminished as a result of tooth loss or gum disease. Dr. Sheth accesses the upper jawbone through the sinus cavity and places bone grafts in atrophied areas to create a more substantial support for the placement of dental implants.

Guided Bone Regeneration

Guided bone regeneration, or GBR, is a procedure that increases bone volume in areas of depleted jawbone mass to create a foundation for dental implants. During the procedure, Dr. Sheth creates a space scaffolded with bone grafting material along the surface of existing bone, which is designed to foster growth and regeneration of new bone tissue. Once the necessary amount of density has been achieved and the area has properly healed, dental implants can be placed.

Full Mouth Reconstruction and Rehabilitation

Full mouth reconstruction and rehabilitation can rebuild smiles damaged by severe decay, tooth loss, disease, and/or trauma. Dr. Sheth can create a customized treatment plan based on your individual needs and goals that may incorporate a variety of restorative procedures and dental treatments. Often, he is able to transform oral health and restore dental structure, function, and esthetics to create a full, beautiful smile.

Sedation Dentistry

For more intensive restorative procedures, Dr. Sheth may recommend sedation administered and monitored by an outside anesthesiologist. This type of sedation dentistry induces a state of deep relaxation that allows you to receive extensive treatment without anxiety, pain, or discomfort.
